My Reppie is a fitness tracking application that helps users log workouts and view progress statistics. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use My Reppie. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Some features are available only with a paid subscription (“Subscription”). Details about pricing, billing cycle, and included features are shown at the time of purchase.

4.1 Auto-renewal

Unless you cancel, your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

4.2 Trials and promotions

If you start a trial or promotional offer, you may be charged when it ends unless you cancel beforehand. Trial eligibility and duration may vary.

4.3 Fees, taxes, and price changes

Taxes may apply depending on your location. We may change Subscription prices from time to time; if required by law, you will be notified and asked to accept the new price where applicable.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds, if any, are handled according to the policy of our payment processor.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Reverse engineer, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with system integrity.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

My Reppie is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Any stats, insights, or content are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any fitness program. You use the service at your own risk.

We own (or license) the My Reppie app, including its design, branding, code, and content. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Reppie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and if changes are material we may provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after the change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
